I offer sound baths, restorative yoga sessions, and guided meditation designed to support rest and stress reduction.
A sound bath is a deeply calming experience where you rest comfortably while sounds and vibrations from instruments such as singing bowls and gongs move through the body. The vibrations help the nervous system shift out of stress and into a state of rest, which can support mental clarity, creativity, and a renewed sense of focus. No previous experience is needed — sound baths are accessible to everyone and invite you to simply lie down, listen, and rest.
My offerings are suitable for individuals, groups, yoga studios, workshops, and workplaces. Sessions can be adapted for team gatherings, well-being days, or as part of ongoing initiatives to support balance, focus, and sustainable ways of working. The focus is always on creating a safe, grounded space where it is possible to pause and reset.
